A better question would be: Has nature ever been subject to human control? Only in science fiction.

Fantastic point. The only reason that Global warmers even got traction is because they were willing to lie about their figures and had a world media to side with them. It is so incredibly hard to plot any trend in weather from year to year that most of these projections have failed.
So what do they do? They simply put their hacks on TV and tell them to say things like “Is the Weather out of control?”. It is the same as saying, “Fire, why can’t we keep it from destroying wood?” lol.
These people feel like they are mini-Gods, that their very thought is truth, and their very whim is reality.
And since perception influences reality (almost becomes it), all these people have to do is peddle the story for a generation or two. Then it’s canon.
