Not to quibble, but it’s likely that many angles of Justice Kagan have yet to be photographed, so it’s hard to justify saying that she takes a terrible picture from all of them.
To fully prove or disprove her antiphotogenicity—it’s a word, maybe—would require thorough further photography, however, and I’m not sure that’s in the public’s best interest.
